R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
Are you an adult looking to understand your faith better?
Do you want to be baptized? Adult Catechesis and RCIA is a program that informs us about the Catholic Faith, Traditions and Practices. Our particular course is specially designed for Byzantine Catholics (what's a Byzantine Catholic is one of the topics) so that we can understand our spiritual point of view. AGE: Adult DESCRIPTION: A class designed to study the basics about everything the church teaches and does. This is a class for those wanting to join the Ukrainian Catholic Church via the sacraments of initiation, and also for those who have already been baptised who want to understand their faith. DATES: Every Saturday. Starts October 1th. See Schedule below TIMES: 12 noon till 3pm Saturdays (with light lunch) LOCATION: St. Stephen Protomartyr Church 4903 – 45 Street, SW, Calgary, AB COST: Free. Potluck lunches.
