Okay, a little drama in the title makes every thing more exciting.
On July 4 - 8, 2016, we will be cleaning out all the corners, cupboards, closets and storage rooms in the whole church. We ask everyone to:
- Clean up all your stuff in the whole building prior to this date. (Make sure you can access your stuff by booking the room and time you will be cleaning with the Office Administrator: Linda.) - Get a pink “cleaned & sorted” paper from the main office, fill it out, and tape it on all the stuff you have cleaned up and want to keep.
We may ask you (your organization/ministry) to move your stuff to a particular area to keep things orderly. (For example: Sunday School stuff should be together in the Class Rooms, Knights stuff in the Knight’s storage area, Choir stuff in the choir loft, etc…)
Things without a pink “cleaned & sorted” paper attached to them will be assumed abandoned or for general church use. These non-labeled items will then be gone through and dealt with as the cleaners / organizers see fit. Thanks for your cooperation.
